Should you need to cancel your trip subsequent to the deposit payment, your payment will be recorded as a credit for use toward a future booking, valid for one year from the date of deposit receipt.
If cancellation occurs following the final balance payment (within four weeks prior to the tour start date), we are not obligated to provide a refund. In these cases, it is advised that you submit a claim through your travel insurance provider.
In the unlikely event that it becomes necessary for us to cancel the trip, we will provide a full refund of all payments made to Ebro Delta Birding. Please note that flight costs are not included in this refund and should be claimed through your travel insurance provider.
